Kivuli Beach Resort Paje

Kivuli Beach Resort is a fantastic place to enjoy Paje beach. We stayed here while it was in ‘soft opening phase’, i.e. only few rooms were available and some amenities such as the pool still under construction, but to be fair we found this to be even better, giving our stay a more intimate and friendly vibe. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The staff is very kind and made everything they could to make us feel at home. The kite center located in the hotel (Sele Kite Center) is probably the best in Paje with highly competent instructors and the latest equipment.

Fantastic location, our family villa was right on beach with gorgeous views. Villa very spacious and luxuriously decorated. Getting a little tired around the edges though with fittings broken/wonky through out. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast, although it could have been varied a little each day. Beautiful setting.

Brand new villas. The room is huge and bed is very comfortable. Each villa is standalone and set back off the beach privately. Theres also a private porch for each villa. There are lots of shade trees around. Breakfast was also excellent.

We chose Paje specifically for the kite surfing opportunities, and staying at Kivuli turned out to be the perfect decision. This place is not just nice; it's a blend of modern comfort and elegance that made our stay exceptional. The staff were beyond kind and attentive, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. What truly set Kivuli apart was the professional and high-quality kite surf school and rental available right on the property. As enthusiasts of the sport, having such convenient access to top-notch equipment and expert instruction significantly enhanced our experience. Our stay at Kivuli exceeded all our expectations, thanks to the combination of its serene ambiance, exceptional facilities, and the kite surfing possibilities. It was an excellent getaway that went beyond what we had hoped for, making our trip memorable in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking to combine the joys of kite surfing with a comfortable and pleasant stay in Paje.

Wonderful personnel, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped Villa with private access to a very nice beach. The Villa has two large bedrooms, with two large bathrooms (2 separated toilet rooms, 2 showers and 2 bathtubs) and a large living room with an open kitchen. The beach was not crowded at all, but still you could easily reach the animated area in a few minutes walk. The food at the hotel restaurant was nice and again, all the waiters and cooks were very friendly! The Villa has its own private pool which is cleaned daily. The room was also, of course, cleaned daily and in the evening the cleaning lady was preparing the room for sleep (spraying against mosquitoes and opening the bed nets). Kayphas, our main contact with the hotel was very friendly, prompt and always ready to assist. He arranged and checked everything for us. Arnold, the Villa's Chef, cooked us delicious food and maintained an extremely friendly and warm atmosphere; he showed us the vegetable garden, used to cook fresh meals for the Villa guests. He even organized a coconut tree climbing and gave our kids fresh coconuts. Marcia, the reception lady, helped us with the very early check in, booked internet for us (internet is not included in the hotel rate), she even talked on the phone for us when trying to organize some trips. She made us feel very comfortable at the hotel! On our arrival, the hotel owner accompanied us to the Villa and made sure we were helped settling in, even though we arrived at 6 in the morning. Overall, it was a really nice stay and a very good value for money.
